To become a member, fill out the form below to create an account. Once the account is created, send your e-transfer payment to ottawajagclubtreasurer@gmail.com. If you prefer, print the form, fill it out, sign it and send it to the Membership Director along with a cheque payable to “Ottawa Jaguar Club” for the membership fee (do not send cash).  The dues for 2026 are $50.00 CAD.

Membership is for the calendar year and renewable by the end of December.  The Membership Director will retain your application form and should be contacted with any questions.  Your Club name tag for both member and partner will be ordered according to the information on the Membership Application form.

Name tag replacements are available at a cost of $15.00.
