This car began as a project for a
young couple who carefully disassembled and the had it painted. It was
driven into their garage about 5 years ago but does run now.
I have to finish three Jaguar projects and a 1952 MGTD and I am out of
time and space for this project.
I
have $3200.00 in this car and will sell it at a loss to me. The
pictures are below.

Here
is what I have done since I bought the car:
- Replaced the fuel tank and
sending unit
- Replaced most of the fuel
lines and some of the brake lines
- Replaced the rear brakes
and the front brake hoses
- Installed a new SU fuel pump
- Installed a choke cable
The
car runs and stops and the emergency brake works

Here is what the car needs:
- Repaint the hood and one rocker-minor damage during
several moves
- Clean up the engine compartment (not painted with the
exterior but red in colour)
- Purchase and install door,trunk and side window rubber
seals and front window draft excluders
- Install rear side windows
- Install (and replace if desired) interior panels and
seats (I would buy new peices and seat kits if I were to complete)
- Install metal caps to close off the sills
- Install a new headliner
- Purchase and install a new grill
- Install bumpers and over riders
- Install a new carpet set (included)
- Remove, sandblast and repaint the wheels-new caps
needed)
- Purchase and replace the from quarterlight rubber seals
- Install front, side and rear head, side and tail lights
- Install side chrome and window chrome-new rivet holes
must be drilled for the side chrome
- Install door handles
